Start by soaking your feet in warm water/take a shower or bath. File and shape nails, push back your cuticles and gently buff your nails. Once the nail work is complete buff the dry and thickened skin from your heels. Moisten skin and scrub the feet and legs with sugar rub. Apply the body butter or lotion with a little oil mixed in to hydrate and nourish. Wrap your feet in the plastic bags provided to increase infusion of moisturisers. Finally, once the moisturisers have soaked in, clean the nails thoroughly with nail polish remover using the cotton pads provided. Proceed with polish.

How to:

How to:

Once a week prior to rolling apply microfoliant to dry skin with damp hands. Work over whole face then rinse and dry skin. Gently roll your entire face  for a couple of minutes, then apply retinol serum (some tingling and redness post needling is to be expected). Always use skin perfect primer/ suncreen in the days following treatment to avoid UV damage.

If you've never used Vitamin A before allow your skin to get used to it by using the serum every second night for a couple of weeks. Then add roller into your routine and only roll once a week.
